You can't have searched very hard, dragos. But that seems to be a habit with you.

That's the official site for Steinberg (creators of cubase), that might give you some idea. I can't say I know of a good freeware midi arranger, which is what you'll need if you want to start composing, so your best bet is either to do a lot of saving, or if your school has it (a lot of music classes and such do) use that version.
If you do have the money to buy a version, may I recommend Cubase SX 2. SX 3 is reputedly still buggy in places.

You need to start reading people's posts more carefully...
Here, I'll seperate it for you.

Also, you need to think whether it's going to be worth you buying. I'm sorry to say that, but I think you and I have very different ideas of what is considered TR quality. Unless you've got that much cash to throw about on pointless software.SX 3 is reputedly still buggy in places.

I've took piano for 7 years, since i was 7 years old. I still play from time to time but i suck at it.
Just a point.
Copa: If you want to compose music for TR, I'd recommend showing some samples of work you've done before so we can get an idea of how good you are before you go out spending money on it. Just because we get a lot of people in here who think they can do good stuff when in fact, it sucks
Besides that, I'm interested in hearing some of your work.
Welcome to TR by the way
