Well since the bolt-ons are gone, I'll post my creations here. This mod provides the player with access to a Dwemer sub for a price. The sub travels to numerous ports, and provides storage space and a bed.

What is the difference between the cheat and noncheat version? I've just downloaded the noncheat version. I don't like the word Cheat. :P

As I recall it is a difference on how easy you can acquire the sub from the man in Suran. In the non cheat, you can either pay him or get him a very rare pearl or in the cheated version, the rare item is on the dock with you i believe.

This mod is very useful and fun... and whats even more impressive is the fact that the dark brotherhood was able to find me at the bottom of the ocean and attack me in my sleep. :P.. but they're sneaky that way.

Sorry it took me a day to get around to this...been busy. If you'd like TR Modder status, you've got it. We could certainly use your help in quest creation and dialogue.

Member promoted to TR Modder status. Congratulations ! You can still use this thread for any showcase purposes you have.

Storm Point

Post by Tags »

This is just something I've been working on. After reading some Iron Kingdoms books... I was inspired. ;> A smalling Imperial outpost constructed to watch the coast for various threats.

It's far from complete, and I am considering dropping the bridge all together and working out a dock instead. I can post up-dates as they come. For the time being just looking for impressions or thoughts...

Storm Point

Post by Pythearon »

I took a look at Storm Point. It is a great idea and I love the set up of the actual island that the large towers are on. The rest is a bit weird. The bridge is one hell of a trek in game and the connecting island is really messed up in game starting with a few rocks that are in the way of getting to the stairs that are to high to go up. Other than that, I think only the bridge peices need to be pushed together a few more degrees to take out those little annoying creases that you get (the white light ones). It would be cool if there was several islands connected together by bridges. Your giving me ideas lol. This is definately a great idea man and I like the bridge instead of docks. Placement behind the fortress thing is a bit weird though. Is that just so that you can find it?

Stairs have been adjusted, and the rocks are gone.

However I felt the bridge was a bit too much, I personal feel the docks will be more suitable.

Dock is more logical. I only thought that the bridge increases the feeling of height. You might try a dock thats nestled in some really big rocks? Sorta like a movie..foggy night and the little rowboat floats into the rocks, men jumping onto a barely visable dock. They quickly make their way up the luminous steps towards the hieghts of the foreboding tower....MUHAHAHAHA. Sorry i was havin a moment.

Sounds sexy. ;> I need to build the ground up around the docks.
I plan to make it an imperial keep however dealing with enemies and arrows all the way up could make for a rather thrilling adventure.
