Map 5 Claim Request -> 5-4

I would like to claim the area of -21,0 thru -13,-4 on Map 5. This is the area east of Silgrad Tower and north of Verarchen Hall.

It will be a wilderness with mountains to the west.

I would like to expand Claim 5-4 to include cells -12,-1 thru -11,-4. I noticed that these were empty / not used in Morrowind and not included on the claim map...

This will allow me to finish the cells between TR and Morrowind (instead of leaving empty flat "wilderness" water cells.

These cells will be for Stanegau Isle and additional finished water cells (kelp, rocks, glowing kollops, etc.)

The map will show the -12 cells but not -11 (would have to redraw it).
