Quick Question
As you all know, I haven't passed by here for quite a while, so I was just wondering, what province are you working on now? I checked the maps and it seems to me that Morrowind's exterior seems pretty much complete. I thought that before I left the project it seems that Skyrim was the official next province to start work on. Is this so? I've also read that Hammerfell might be the next province? What's the current status of this project? Please enlighten an old member please. Thanks.

Are there any maps showing which exterior's are available? Is anyone currently working on exterior cells for Hammerfell? And how does that work out considering that Morrowind doesn't even touch Hammerfell? It would seem a bit strange to me having to teleport from Morrowind to Hammerfell to me? What justified the decision to switch from Skyrim to Hammerfell?

Zephyr is working on the Hammerfell map, and is doing a fine job. Hammerfell will be done in the TES 4 engine, so there won't be a jump from Morrowind to Hammerfell.
Hammerfell replaced Skyrim because more people at TR prefered Hammerfell. There was a vote and a lote of discussion going on for months before Christmas.

Well, you do know that we're moving to Oblivion, right? So Morrowind is irrelevant, because the only province will be Cyrodiil.Rockwell wrote:Are there any maps showing which exterior's are available? .
Oh ok, I get it now. You're just sitting and waiting for Oblivion to come out? Does that mean work on Tamriel Rebuilt has just stagnated or stopped completely? And Morrowind has been abandoned?
So that means Hammerfell will be using the new Oblivion engine? Sorry for all the questions but I'm making up 2 years worth of not knowing anything!

No, the work has not been stagnated. If you look at the front page ( http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/ ) and read through the latest news entries, you'll notice that in the post "Next province - Hammerfell" it says,
Apart from maps 1-3, even the interiors aren't finished and not all exteriors are finished either. There is still a lot of work to do and if you want to take part in that, you're by all means welcome to post a thread in the Showcase forum. Those who want to work on [Morrowind province], which is very much encouraged, may keep doing so on Morrowind engine.
