Here's one "Guide to..." book that I wrote of cities in Morrowind that are located on the mainland:

The Dunmer's Guide to Necrom (raises Illusion skill by 1)

Necrom is The City of The Dead. Dunmer from all across Morrowind and from every clan bring their dead in solemn processions. This magnificent city is surrounded by lofty white walls and white towers inside these walls.There is a manor district in the northwestern side of the town. To the southeast is a temple next to the crypts and graves for the dead. There is a bazar on the left side of the entrance where goods can be traded . It appears as a necropolis from afar, and is strengthened by the constant traffic of corpses moving into the city.There are many priests who's sole purposes are to prepare the corpse's soul for the afterlife. Legend has it that there was a small group of bounty hunters that cleared out the western cemetery of vampires many years ago. They were called Phlaxith the fighter, Nitrah the swordsman,Osmic the thief, and Massitha the illusionist.

I think it should be a little longer... But it's good this far

so I think you should keep doing more. Umm... I think that it should be mentioned in the guide that the western graveyard was full of vampires

Dude... You understood me wrong I meant that there were vampires in the western graveyard... It was cleansed by 4 heros -- a thief, two fighters and a illusion mage... Read the "Incident in Necrom" for more information. Its Id was something like bookskill_illusion_ and so on...
But don't copy the book. People were frightened of those vampires before the mission into the graveyard.

Actually that books information is the only thing I know about Necrom...

Let me think... Well, there is a version of Necrom downloadable from someones homepage, dont remember hwos, on the team page, you should download it and look round.

That is pretty much all there is to know. In the centre of the city is a white pyramid which contains the catacombs (which aren't made AFAIK, and probably won't be either). There are also smaller tombs scattered across the city.

I don't know how well you can actually write the guide since you don't own the PC version (and thus can't walk through the city)

And you should fix some misspellings too:
-legned should be legend
-wetern should be western
-and I don't think they were friends, they were bounty hunters choosen for the quest by the Temple, and Nitrah was one of the best swordsman so don't add false information.

I think that smoking skooma isn't allowed in Necrom or anywhere else, so I think people can't smoke skooma in the bazaar either

Ok so I scanned the image but does anyone know how I can change it from a PDF file to jpg so I can host it?

either using the file commands "save as" and "save as copy" determine the PDF/JPG thing. Use save as copy for images, if your using the photoshop I think you're using

is there not a dropdown menu when you click 'save a copy'? often I get that mixed up as well, and searching for the appropriate file type is needed.

Before doing so make shure you dont have layers. use layers->flatten image.
