By the way, I really like the armor! It follows the practicality and design of the Regada I've come to learn

I think fertility goddess won't have claw-like fingers. She's supposed to attrack men, not rip 'em apart. I mean I'll be twice as careful with 4-handed woman with claws...

A fertility godess can be associated with anything from a good harvest, to healthy livestock, to successful childbirth. Not necessarily attracting men, but prosperity in general.... and perhaps a warrior culture finds clawed women to be good luck

Fertility means children birth rate. Because they have separate agricultural god. And I highly doubt that Redguards will prefer clawed women :\

No, Morden about summed it up, I think. Fertility can apply to anything that has grown healthily and in in plenty. For example, ever here of fertile crops, or fertile soil? Not neccesarily fertile as in a women that can have a child.

Doesn't every guy like his gal with claws!?:D I don't think a god really needs to attract men, so I don't think this would be a problem. And I think a god of agriculture is probably still different from a goddess of fertility for the lands and stuff.

And as I said they have a separate agricultural diety. Will they have different gods controling the same area ? Or will you call your agricultural diety a Teat God ? Or will your agricultural god have arms to grab husbands ?

In most real mythologies the domains of gods do actuly overlap. Books usualy simplify things and make them more clear for the sake of casual readers. For example, both Hera and Aphrodity (spelling) where considered to be godesses of fertility and gaurdians of women. Not to mention ceres, who was an agriculture/fertility godess and Diana, was also a gaurdian of women.

Wow ! I won at least one argument today. Now I only need to reason another person who's claiming that Dremora are Dwemer...

Still I think it'll be soo much easier to seduce men with fingers rather than claws. But that's my vision of things which is highly biased.

I prefer it the way it's drawn. These things aren't supposed to be human. And not neccesarily supposed to attract humans (though I suppose they might). Your reason doesn't have enough impetus to have Lutemoth redo his picture anyways.

I think the redgaurds would admire aggressive women. Notice that in her discription she is said to have many arms to "grab" husbands. This, to me, implies that she is sexualy agressive. Rather than sitting back and attracting, she is the type to go after the men she wants. The claws give her a better grip

As a note, I think a fertility goddess should have a little more meat on her bones. Especialy some child bearing hips. LN's frontal is especialy anorexic looking.

I guess, it was "The Redemption of Althalus", the book, where some fertility god had like 200 breasts - along with the meat.

I went with the really thin waist to emphasize the large breasts and hips, the 2 main "fertility" elements for me. I don’t really see how she looks anorexic in either of the pics.... and I think the claws really complement her look.

I like the third and fourth ones the best. The third one, with the garden and pond, would look great in the courtyard of some wealthy diplomat or trader. The fourth one is simply awesome. Some super-hotty Redguard princess needs to be wearing that.

also guys, many early images of a fertility goddes were chubby women who could birth children. They were not skinny sexy babes in see-thru silk dresses... they were solid, fat ladies who were strong and could give birth....

well, part of the reason i made her all sexeh is cause i figured her to be something like Diabella (Since many gods in tes corespond). and mara has all kinds of sexual things under her domain.... and again, Morhwa is supose to "grab" husbands, wich once again gives me the whole sex apeal image....

no, you need not remind me, but as the Yokudan culture is different from the Tamrielic man's, perhaps their outlook on life and thier gods is different?

so, i decided to do a concept of a "geisha"/ concubine based on lutemoth's wich in turn is based on Enigma's... therefore my is based on enigma's too i gues

anyhow, besides the change in body type i also changed the mood of the pic quite a bit. while lute's is kind of sad or thoughtfull, mine has a more of a...err.... *cant think of word to discribe mood*
