Actually, I'll drop this. Too many competitions. Also, the last one I claimed has given me a taste for interesting interiors...

I'd like to claim this. As for what I want to do with it... I had an idea that since the house is just outside the Silt Strider port, it may very well be where the "pilot" of local SS lives along with his wife. So typical Redoran Commoner's House, not vey poor but not too rich either. There is space for a basement, so I'd like to add one (not very big, just to make the house bigger than typical hut and fitting for a pair, not just one person).
If any of the other houses is already reserved for "pilot"'s home, let me know so I'll think of some different idea for this one.

Granted,
That's actually an interesting idea. They aren't called pilots though, they're called something else... can't remember right now, anyways, granted and happy modding :)
No NPCs, creatures or scripts.
Recommeded OoT packages:
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/files/oot/TR_OOT_Main.esm (1.7 MB)
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/files/oot/TR_OOT_Main.tar.gz (58.3 MB)
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/files/oot/TR_EoT.esm (112.6 KB)

Update:
Most of the interior is done, I intend to add some items to make it more "personal", finish last room on the bottom level (I planed the caravaneer's wife to be an amateur herbalist, that is slowly learning to make potions, as a hobby rather than seriously - this last room may be her "study" - amateur alchemist devices, and some cheap or spoiled potions), then check it for errors and submit (hopefully before next Friday).

Ok, the status on this one: I've finished it all except for two objects I wanted to add: one being the book containing records of Silt Strider business, and a simple note. Now I can't do these until weekend because I've left CD containing CS in my family's place and I don't know how to assign mesh and icon without it. So, I changed status to 90% and if you need this before weekend, I'll simply post it without new objects, but otherwise I'll be visiting family this weekend and then I'll be able to submit the claim.

I surely took me more time than I thought...
A quick note: I've included a diary in this claim that I posted in Lit. forums, but no one had time to check it for grammar mistakes yet. I decided to post the file anyway, for I don't want to delay work. If they'll edit the diary before it's taken into review, I'll update file.
Other than that, it's finished. Owner is work-o-holic caravaneer working for Great House Redoran, he lives here with his wife who gathers herbs and ingredients for local alchemists and tries to learn to make potions herself.
Added objects:
TR_m4_i4-35_bk_siltstr - Records/ledger book for SS service
TR_m4_i4-35_bk_wifediary - A diary explaining how caravaneer's wife started to experiment with alchemy
Anyone who'll make NPC's for this one in future should read or delete the diary first for consistency's sake.
Have fun!

Sh.t! Thank God I was alerted by th filesize changing so much. Sorry for mess:
Use top file, one marked with nr. 4. When adding haplo's corrections to the book, I forgot I installed Tribunal in the meantime and it ended with changing GMST values, hence the 8kb filesize on ver.3 I cleared it now.

TESAME: Clean
Fits exterior: Yes
Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No
Review: This is good. All the errors i found were a slightly bleeding broom, clothes that had to be f'd again and a slightly floating paper in the lab.
Comments A really nice house with a good backstory. I love the little lab.
