Hello all!
For those who don't know me, I'm the new Modder, Hayden. Glad to be aboard, however, I'm in need of a couple things before I can really get going on this project.
First of all, I'll be doing interior and literary work. I'm aware that there are a few interiors to be had here and there, but thus far have no idea how to use the claim system, or even what some of the jargon used is, so if possible, I would rather like some help (MODDER FAQ or something like that?)
I'll try to figure out getting a claim myself, and get acclimatized as quickly as I can in order to do the best job I can.
I really appreciate being let on (I'm sure this will evaporate once I start working ), and am looking forward to working on this incredible project.

Hey there Hayden!
The claiming system is actually pretty simple to use. In all unclaimed claims, there is a button at the top right corner of the claim that says [Claim]. You simply press it, provide a short description of what you are going to do with the claim. After you press ok, then the claim is automatically moved to Pending status. It's on hold for you. It will be up to a moderator (Lady N or Massey) to accept your request and grant you the claim. 99 percent of the time it is usually granted. Then you work on it and then when you're done, use the upload system at the top of the claim to submit your mod file. Then Lady N or Massey will move the claim to Reviewing status, in a hidden review board, where reviewers like me will take a look at your mod and see if it is fit to be merged and finished. If it is, it will be moved to Finished, or if its not, it will be sent back to you to fix. Simple as that.

1. Click on the "Claims browser" link at the top of the page.
2. Then take a look at the "Overview" where you'll see a list of different different claims which are currently unclaimed in green. Once somebody makes a claim it is taken off the Overview list.
3. Click on the claim's title link, at the very left of the page, to go to that claim's unique forum thread. The claim's name and link looks like: "i3-16-Ind" .
The i3 means (Interior on Map 3), -16- means (Interior number 16), and -Ind means (House Indoril).
After you get to that claim's thread you can use the utilities on the page, and follow Swiftoak's advice.

OOT is Objects of Tamriel. It contains all the user-made meshes and models needed for the mod to work properly. EoT is the Equipment of Tamriel, it contains all the weapon and armor meshes that have been made by us. You can download them (and it is recommended that you do) by clicking the Objects Of Tamriel link right beside the Claims browser overview.
Some other abbreivations:
BoT: Books of Tamriel
MoT: Maps of Tamriel
