Because i have it messed can i ask where you will continue making the rebuilt. mean you will change in Oblivion Editor of keep making in Morrowind Editor?

If in Oblivion's how you will connect the Morrowind with the other regions?

My opionion is to keep making in TES3 Editor because

1) you have made a big part of Tamriel in TES3 editor

2) Morrowind skills are more complicated skills
(It has Shortblade, Axe, Spear, Medium)

3) Oblivion it need strong machines to run while Morrowind is eassier to run in older machines. If you change some people will not be able to play with you creation.

Our TES:III work and our TES:IV work are completely seperate. There is no conversion of work between the two. Work continues on Morrowind, but the majority of our focus has moved to Oblivion engine for the province of Hammerfell.
