Greyscale's Showcase

Post by Greyscale »

Hello all. I've decided to re-join TR after a long absence. Most people probally don't rember me, but thats ok. About a year ago I did two minor claims for TR under the former screen name of DarkAceXII. I had started a third, but certain issues caused me to drop all work.

I've lurked around since that event, and I finally decided to join up again this week. I can do some other stuff for this showcase is neccisary, but i'll start with those old claims of mine.

They are as follows:
4-12
4-33
i3-37-Ind (Incomplete)

I'm not exactly sure what still needs to be done on Morrowind, but i'd be more than happy to help again.

Looks TR quality to me ;)

Hey, Greyscale.

I do believe that you were around before my time. ;)

I would like to ask, what would you be interested in doing for the project? Exteriors, interiors, modelling, scripting, literature...?

Probally shoud of stated that. ;)

I can do both exteriors and interiors. I prefer exteriors, but i'm also competent with ints.

*cough*

:v

Anywho, I think i'll clean up some of my personal stuff and post it here too. Just to show some more variety in my work.

As a side note, I can also do HTML and PHP. So if scripting is anything like that, I can give it a shot.

Sorry, I've been busy with finals, and everyone and their grandmother's showcase (actually its not been that bad, I guess)... and some slip through.

So... hmm... hold on. I'm going to implement my test this time around. So, saying that your competent in interiors, I'll see what I can find in the claims browser... will get back to you shortly.

Scripting is sort of its own language, but if you can understand HTML and PHP then you shouldn't have too much trouble learning. Being familiar with coding in general gives you a leg up. Give it a try. Start with an e-book like 'scripting for dummies'. Scripting knowledge is always highly valued.

It's based off C, I believe. Only it uses ( instead of { (and of course Syntax varies some, as well as commands.)

But, it's not to hard to get a grip of. :)
It's not so much working with computers as it is tricking them into doing what you want them to do.

Necrobump!

So, i've decided to get back into TES and TR. Rather then create a entitre new thread, I just bumped this one out of oblivion.

Speaking of Oblivion, i've created a simple interior. It lacks some filler, but it seems like a good start.

welcome back! :) nice to see some many people applying for oblivion positions

-log pile bleeds into the floor
-the bookshelf bleeds slightly into the Drawers
-i'd add some more clutter on the bookshelves, cause several are really emty.

over all, great interior. really minor errors and good design. fix the above and ill promote you.

New version uploaded.

I'm pretty sure nothing bleeds this time around. The log pile had to be reduced to get it to fit into the fireplace.

Member Promoted for interiors. Good job, but don't forget the Northmarker (I think you still need them for Oblivion, right?)
