simple question ?

When I try to start a thread in the writing and literature forum it says "Sorry, but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum." , how do I gain these special rights ?

because I really want to write a Orcish cookbook for the mountains of hammerfell but now it seems that it´s not going to be that simple.....

You need to be a TR Modder.

You'll need to make a showcase to become one.

I´m gonan go and read some Faq´s and find out what a showcase is then I´ll be making one

In order to access certain forums you need to be a TR Modder. To become a TR Modder you'll have to start your own thread in the Showcase forum to show us what you can do, be it Literature, Concept Art, Modeling, building Interior or Exterior cells in the Construction Set, Sound & Music, or almost anything else. We'll help by giving you constructive critizism on whatever you submit so that you can improve if need be. Once we are covinced that you have the ability and the desire to help the project, you will be promoted.
