So how are we going to do Almalexia and in-game, interior cell Mournhold?

Yes, this question has come up before, and I'm sure there was quite a bit of thinking about it. So how are we going to do it? I have a suggestion, but I'd like to hear what is decided first, if anyone has reached a conclusion.
