Another Cult In Oblivion

Is it okay to have another cult in oblivion , it worship one of the daedric gods of oblivion but if i made a mod could it be used?

If you would like to contribute to TR make a showcase. As for Daedra worship it will probably not be included in Hammerfell, we've chosen for Yoku god worship instead.
that doesn't mean that you can't still put it up in your showcase.
