Frappr Map

Post by Sload »

http://www.frappr.com/tamrielrebuilt

Hello there, TR Modders. Would you like to know where everyone in the project lives? Good! This is frappr, and you can put yourselves on it's map so that anyone can view which country, province, or state a registered user lives in.

According to this map, I live at a bus stop behind a wal-mart in the middle of the "gangsta" part of the city. maybe it's prophecy?
EDIT: entered wrong zip code, that'd explain why.

Mine is in a weird place too cause it only asked me for the city name and then just plopped it in. I don't know how to move it at all, if you even can.
Oh well :P

I don't think we Canadians get the option.

No one does, Americans just get their Zip code, which is more accurate but still not their home.

I'm a miles off, but I never like giving my exact address on the net anyways.

No it shouldn't. It is here so that everyone and his brother who registered an account and stayed for a day didn't clog it up with his location.

You can move the marker from your profile. But that doesn't seem to work on the map itself :(

Yeah, I checked saudi arabia and there wasnt a single road or city marked. Apperently it's all wilderness! I tried to find them on the satalite photos, but I failed.

So far our highest concentrations are in Ohio and British Columbia. I know Nalzay (another Ohio member) has yet to enter himself. So when we have the TR party we should have it between BC and OH :)

I could move my marker manually placing it accurately on the meter... I don't see why everyone else shouldn't be able to as well. Hell they even have streetnames for Norway!

Indoril! I used to live in Colorado springs! (1997-1999) That is also where my aunt and cousins live. do the last names Roe, or Redmond, or Lincoln Elementary mean anything to you?

How do you move it then? I don't actually live in a cornfield
