Hi. It's me. I'm not back to stay yet, but I will be in about a month. Just wanted to say hi. When I do return, however, I will *Oh joy* know how to script. So, hope you're all doing well, and will be back in a month.

BTW, Game Design is an awsome college degree!

i can do C# and C++, Basic, php and html. but have alwasy been defeated by java

Depends, java's easy if you have a good teacher. The transition from C++ to java shouldn't be that hard because Java is based on C++.

I found Java REALLY easy.

Of course, I did learn C and C++ before it which helped.

I'm the same. I looked at C++, though and it looked much more challenging to my eyes.
(I'm no leet uber-programmer though)

I kinda sorta know C++, C#, and BASIC, but never have occasion to use them, so no practice. Now, I mainly just do game scripting (Morrowind and Oblivion). But it's good to know the rudiments of any language, as the rudiments are often common between multiple languages.
