Why does the vivec arena exists??

Why did the bethesda did an arena pit in vivec if you can't actually figh in the arena?

You can fight in the arena. Haven't you done House Redoran, the MQ, or the Imperial Legion?

Download the "Arena & the Rusty Swordsman" mod from www.planetelderscrolls.com
it includes the Gladiator mod as well, so the both of them combined should satisfy you to no end (I know everyone else loves them).
