Draggon's Showcase

Post by draggon »

Well I have been watching TR for the last year now I have finally decided that I would acutually try and help for once. lol. Here is a couple of interiors that I have created for Cyrodiil: Dawn of Oblivion that I thought I might submit and see what other people think of them. These are a couple of rooms of the Arcane University that I created from screenshots of the place:

Can you make Oblivion interiors?

Now that is fine :) You know, it reminds me of the tomb of Charlemage in the cathedral of Aachen in how it goes up like that.

Nice work, mang :-) And don't worry if you can't make Oblivion interiors, we won't bite if you don't. ;-)

Nice work, I like the level of detail.

Indeed, and I have to admit it does resemble the Arcane University. Very nice work.

At first it was a bit tricky making round rooms with a square tile set, but it works. lol.

I didnt DL it, but from the pictures it looks like youre a great interior modder- TR, especialy loves people who can be creative with existing tilesets.

I'm looking forward to seeing your concepts as well.

I just have to find a scanner to upload my stuff as all of it is hand drawn and I despise creating stuff on the computer.

I don't think OB and MW use the same scripting for the games. Can anyone one give me a link to dialogue/scripting/quest tutorials?

I'm impressed with the architecture, and it took me some time to realize that I was looking at TES3 instead of TES4.
It also seems to work in-game.

nice interiors! i especially love the octagonal (or however many sides there are) rooms.

it gives a "tower" looks to the room.

dialogue is actually quite easy, you just have to get the hang of it like modding.

scripting is not my proffesion though.

I'm looking for help on scripting, dialogue and quest set ups for MW. I understand a bit of scripting, mastered interior and exterior design, but I never bothered with dialogue and quests. I really would like to learn how since dialogue and quests are what give MW depth (not to mention they give the player something to do).

I found that dialogue was by far the easiest part of modding to pick up. Some good tutorials and you'll be sorted :)

Thanks, I have finally figured out how to work with dialoque and quest setups, though I'm still a noob in that aspect of modding.

lol, good going. i still suck with dialogue (setting it up as a quest etc) i like using a sound file from a Trig Zone to get that "mysterious Voice" effect. questing is pretty easy really overall. i just have problems with setting up dialogue for NPC's.

how'd the cripting go btw?
