I just have one really simple question, sorry for being a noob, what does Oot stand for? I'm sure it has something to do with the whole Tamriel-Rebuilt project. Again sorry for this.

Objects of Tamriel

We keep all of the new items/books/etc in this separate package so that all claims can use one location for common items.
