Hello! I think I'm decent at doing meshes, the problem is I'm using Rhinoceros 3.0 and I don't have any NIF plugin for it, and i can't find one either so if anyone knows something about this please help me.

There is no nif plugin for Rhino.

you could get an exporter that'll export some generic standard, like an .obj file, and import it into Blender, learn enough of Blender just to export it to .nif.
