I cant start oblivion up with Stirk installed.

If I have the mod activated oblivion just ctd a few seconds after start up. As soon as I deactivate Stirk, my game runs fine.

I think this might be due to the number of mods I have installed but I dont know.

well, the way to test that is to dissable something other then stirk and see if it works. im not sure how an error like that could posibly ocur.

how many mods are you running anyways? the limit, if there is one, is realy high.

And stirk is definetly causing the problems. If its just me having problems like this I wouldnt worry about it.

What's the mod limit? I want to say somewhere around 255.

Mostly not really 'errors' as such, more imperfections:

*The stern of the ship on Stirk is ever so slightly buried in the mud
*The wooden fencing on the island seems about 30cm too high in most places (when compared to Beth's usage of it)
*The doors to the miner's shacks and the mine itself glow golden orange in the daytime (possibly only under certain light). Looks as if an orange bulb is too close to them or something. This wasn't noticeable at night
*When approaching the island by swimming, only the trees are visible until the cells load up close (I assume LOD just hasn't been done yet)
*There are two crates on the NW end of the dock on Stirk, the smaller one on the bottom. It looks as though it would (if we had real wind in the game) blow over into the water. Perhaps their positions should be reversed so the big one is on the bottom?

Sorry for lack of cell references, I had exited the game before I read the guidelines =/

Never mind the cells, it's easy to locate the flaws you mentioned. As for the LOD issue, it's been solved we just didn't upload a new "fixed" version with the correct LOD files.

the wrecked ship cannot be entered, the world cell door isn't linked to the interior cell door (I checked in the CS).

My world map disappears when I load the Stirk plugin. Is the Hammerfell map supposed to appear?

Please don't say this. We really need people to stick to format.

The Stirk.esp file needs to point to the new in-game maps, which have been added to OoT. Also, the map data needs to change, as written in the Maps submission thread in the OoT submission forum.

cell: lower mine shaft
the door leading to polle gold mine (Tr07002Mine02) is duplicated, there 2 one on top of the other.

cell: polle gold mine (Tr07002Mine02)
The doors to upper and lower mine shafts need a key but none is assigned to them.

Don't really know where to post this, but when I'm on Stirk my computer starts to lag (don't know if write it that way, but I mean that the game stops for a while and goes on after that stop, something like that) badly. I traveled (fast travel from the Jerall mountains) there immediatly when I started up Oblivion. Oblivion lags sometimes but this is really to much. Got an idea how this can be fixed???

By the way, i'm using a very few mods: Natural habitat, OoT, Stirk (ofcourse...), sauron armour set

Yes. By pointing the Stirk map to the new map.

In fact, that was the main change between version 0.85 and 0.86. In other words, it has already been done.

oh ok. thanks... but wait, (sorry for the lack of discussion here) why did it get rid of the original cyrodiil map in the first place? was it becuase stirk was too large for the map to adjust to all at one time?

The new map replaces the old map because we like for our players to be able to view themselves on the minimap. Don't worry, Cyrodiil is still there. We've just added on to it. So the map is bigger. It's like the original plus my Stirk and Noir's Hammerfell.

Stirk was originally pointed to a different map than the one it is now. That map is no longer in OoT.

The world map is there, Stirk is there. That's been fixed. But the world map seems blurry and low-res.

You reinstall the mod using the latest version.

By the way, given how Oblivion is painful with file names, maybe the Stirk beta shouldn't have their version number as part of their name. But just be "Stirk.esp". Because OoT has the Stirk voices in a Stirk subdirectory...
Right now it's TR_OoT_Main.rar\Data\Sound\Voice\Stirk v085.esp, so it won't work with Stirk v086.esp.

It didn't work with 0.85 either.

I suppose it might be better for the releases, but I know that I need to be able to have a couple files to revert back to if it blows up.

A screenshot, and version number of the file you are using would be most helpful.

Error 1: rock behind stirk manor looks really ugly

Error 2: icon for quest missing (I can't find julia anywhere, but that could be because of error 3)

Error 3: the poeple get invisible when they get outside. As soon as I talk to them they get visible again. Don't have screens of this though. I've experience this with the poeple from the Stirk Manor only. I didn't searched for the others (very demoralising to search for invisible poeple :) )

Error 4: the guy on the boat says tthanks, should be thanks, right?

See file comments. Darn it, I forgot a picture of Kynarius manor, as the top door either needs to be moved or removed.

1. (More of a suggestion I suppose)
Cell: Eh, The Dock
Location: Underneath 'The Magnificent'
Error: The rudder stuck in the sand has been reported, but the depth of the water is FAR to shallow for such a big ship, and it's floating too far up, the water should just cover the hull, more realistic if it was further out
2. Cell: Anvil Docks
Location: 'The Magnificent'
Error: The side of the ship is slightly overlapping the jetty where you walk on
3. (Sort of) Cell: Lighthouse
Location: The top of the lighthouse
Error: The light dosn't have the script of the Anvil one, and cannot be player lit.

Oh and just a little thing: Surely the Admiral's statue would be facing towards the main path, rather than with it's back to it.

Whoops, I forgot to mention that the NPCs don't seem to have the silent sound files to make their words readable.

Loading Borderless Cyrodiil after Stirk might help.
But Borderless Cyrodiil and Stirk are not compatible.

im not sure if ths got flagged yet but i noticed that alot of the clutter in the manors have bad reactions to havok. when i activate an item on tabels and bookcases i get showered with clutter.

i also got stuck underneath the docks when swimming around

my computer gets a massive lagspike when i look at the statue (from the town square) and its the only lag i experience in OB. this could be because i run everything at full graphics, but i haven't encountred any lag in OB until now.

I cant reach Stirk in the new version 0.9! The world map doesnt show it anymore, the ship which used to offer transport to it has dissapeared. If you try to swim to it you get the message "You cannot go there, go back". And you cant use borderless cyrodill to reach it. I even tried downloading a new OOT but that hasnt helped as well.
