I think I went a little overboard, but this quagmire place (a pokemon?) does not adhere to the laws of gravity, right? Could someone please provide me with some direction. The entrance is on the left side of the structure, Wait, that doesn't help. Um, just start at the cave. At the base of the bloody knife
Try here for direction.
I'll look at this real quick like and edit this post momentarily for feedback.
-Is the cave not gridsnapped? Or am I looking at it wrong? Also, the textures of said cave aren't lining up. Each cave piece ends in a letter, and certain letters are meant to be in certain locations in respective to other letters and directions and confusimation.
-The floating blocks are looking cool, a little bit of rotation here and there wouldn't hurt though. The spiders on them, at least currently, will fall when they try to find a path to the player and walk off the edge.
-Speaking of spiders, the amount here is quite a few. Perhaps too many, if I had to guess, and would bog down some machines. Perhaps most of them.
-IMO, its too bright. The cell's ambient lighting is okay, but the lights that you set around pretty much negate it, no? (I've not checked it out in game, so it may look better there)
Remember to do things that you wouldn't think to do. Look through the different lists of things for inspiration of what to place here. Remember, this is a nightmare realm, so it makes sense to dip into the nonsensical a little.
Hmm... wait, reading the description, this is meant to be:
"A cavern with a bunch of spider daedra ... It's their web and what not, so it needs loads of cobwebs. Behind them is the door out."
so... should I attribute your interior not reminding me of a giant web to it not being finished?

I think I read somewhere that the Quagmire cells were not all defined, and that you could make your own. I kind of went off on a tangent while making this, so can I have this as a completely new one. I can put spider webs everywhere if you guys want, but it won't be a cavern, more like a "spider park" for lack of a better term.
I would suggest that you hold onto what you have there for later use, but for this interior, try to go back and make what was designated for this claim.
If you have trouble with Gridsnap, you might look here. I am also often available through IMs if you have any questions.

So I was just wandering around ESF and came across these Lovely webs.Perhaps that evil tyrant of OoT and Qarl will let you use them, if they do indeed look good ingame?

Put in a door at the entrance and exit, so the player can move in and out.

That is not a valid sentence. The door jamb and door are the only things that have to be any certain size (obviously, they have to match, and fit). You can place a door jamb if there is not already one there anywhere you like where it is feasible, and then place the door so that it fits inside the door jamb.

Alright, my sentence was quite odd now that I read it over. The enterance to the cave (which is now a gaping hole) is larger than any doorjamb can be. So should I make the doorjamb as large as the hole and then have a huge door (which would fit quite nicely into the overall idea of these interior categories). If not, I'm not sure what to do
Scale the hole smaller. Scale the whole interior smaller if you have to. Or just have a really big door jamb and door. Make it feel like Alice. (& Wonderland) But I'm not sure if that's OK.

I think that'll be alright. Ill make the doorjamb rly big. Now one other thing. I was thinking of instead of a door right at the end of the hallway for the exit, it'll be just a hole and there will be a door hovering in midair (horizontally so you can land on it) You have to jump from the hole and land on the door (which I can scale so it's not impossible) I've already made the cell like an exterior with an oblivion climate and if you land in the water, there can be a script that will teleport you back and revive all the spiders so you have to try again. I could also, since running past the spiders is quite easy, have a narrow path through flames and therefore you Have to fight the spiders since if you try to exit the path you will burn to death. However, the reviving thing can be exploited as easy experience (but what kind of n00b would do that when he can just use the console commands).

Ok, the exit's with the light behind the door didn't work for me so I did something else. I think it looks pretty cool, and provides more view of the outside. I covered as much of the one sided cave pieces as I could. There is also a jump to the exit door, and I could do a script if needed for when the player misses the door and lands in the water they could get transported. Or, I could make a stairway back up from the water. It think that would be pretty cool

why is it that every time you update you upload two files? That is REALLY strange considering they are not really even that close together (if you were double clicking they would have the same time)

Review: caspering, default lighting settings are used, inexplicable use of large blocks to cordon off passageways in hallways that shouldn't exist in the first place, this shouldn't be this bad after going through review twice.
