I would like to claim this, just a house, will use furn_de_r. Can i also claim another one?

EDIT: The basement will be 3x3, and that extra row will be under the street so it doesent mess with other claims. And this is a house for a single rich NPC.

EDIT2: I made a small library, and placed several TR books, so i was wondering if the King Edward is OK. I am asking because it is expensive.

Review: There is a bookshelve in this interior with all the complete series of books from TR_Data. Also there is a major carpet error in the basement. I think agram can fix this himself more easily. There weren't other errors.
