Fixes/Changes:

furn_mist256 or furn_mist512 added to ashpits
tomb sounds added
locked door on second level (lock level 10, no trap)
replaced furn_de_lecturn with TR_furn_de_p_lecturn so it would match de_p benches
TR_indoril_amulet floated significantly <-- FIXED
