Nyet comrade, this is not [legally] possible.

All you can do is buy Bethesda's expansions/addons.

I woudn't be surprised if someone used their ingenuity and managed to upload a mod onto a chipped X-box or something... but I doubt we could talk of such things on here.

There's another matter. There's a way to read a XBox's HD on a computer, and in this way to look at what it contains.

The XBox versions of Oblivion and Morrowind do not use the same ESP format as the PC versions of these same games. So, it's not just a question of putting your favorite PC mods on the HD of an XBox; you first need to do a ton of reverse engineering to create an ESP converter first...

Given that software companies managed to get reverse engineering illegal in the USA, discussing the specifics isn't really possible.

360 HD's are simply just micro hard-drives (same as laptops). all it requires is for you to buy a new microHD, install Linux on it and slot into ure 360.... thats it (well, s'long as u can USE Linux anyway).
totally legal, doesnt void your warrenty and microsoft will hate you forever. then, use either a usb mouse and keyboard or set-up OB for a controller. viola! pc-360. pc-OB-360. Uber gaming :P

I can play the PC version on my PC, and this saves me the cost of [s]selling my soul to Bill Gates[/s] buying an XBox. :]

Edit: What, no strikethrough?

Laptops are simply not a gamer's best friend. Imo, they're useless to everyone except of freelancing professionals.

Oblivion runs just fine on mine. Beefy system. Nice wide screen, bit heavy to carry, but it means I don't have to lug my desktop to university. Only problem comes when you wanna upgrade it...

Then Steve owns you...

If you are worried about that, Linux is the only way. Personally, I'm not worried. :)

I don't need to move my computer around. Though sometimes it would be nice to surf from around the house.
