How do I get an avatar. Every time i put in a link it says it invalid.

None of them work for a avatar...

Try using Photobucket to store the image. You can set up a free account.

EDIT: Once your picture is loaded onto the site all you got to do is click the url link(under the image) and it automatically copies the link for you, then you just open your TR profile and paste it.

You can't have spaces in URL's it just wont work, use %20 instead.
