ALright, I really need figuring out where the NIF. and dds. files are located. I cannot for the life of me find them.
Another thing, in TES4 how do I know where the grid coordinates of cities are.

1) In the BSA files, find an app to extract the BSA files
2) They are in their own world spaces. So, they don't really exist in the normal 'space'. But you can find where you enter them in the "Tamriel World Space" in the 'cell view window' and just look for "city_name, exterior." Or if you want to go to the city itself, go to the cities world space in the same drop down menu.

Make sure you use the correct bsa extractor for the bsa file you use. There are different apps for TES III and TES IV
