ive always wonderd what the three letters on the tamriel flag stood for and ive come to the conclusion that it stands for "the empire of" and the drake in the middle is means tamriel am i correct???

There are two letters on the top two corners of the TR logo. They are T and R.

If you mean the one on the cover of Morrowind, thats A V and S I think, meaning Almalexia, Vivec and Sotha Sil.
