Heyloo there. The best way to find any lore info is to search the imperial library:

"Mysterious Akavir" pretty much sums up what is known about Akavir. That is to say not a whole lot.
In Oblivion, "Disaster at Ionith" (?) explains the campaign the Imperials took to invade Akavir, and also the lead up to it. It also describes the Tsaesci portion of Akavir a bit.
Also in the obscured texts in something like "And We Ate It To Become It" which is the Tsaesci creation myth. Written by Michael Kirkbride, it takes a lot of work to get any meaning out if it.
That list is off memory and pretty much sums up everything. You might also want to check out the timeline there to see a brief description of each Akaviri invasion of Tamriel, and links to the texts which mention them. The Pale Pass one, involving the Tsaesci again, is probably the only one from which you'll get much info.
