was M'aiq in Morrowind?

In Morrowind, I remember quite clearly speaking with a crazy Khajit on some random deserted island in the remote northwestern Sheogorad Region. I think he was M'aiq.

I just found the screenshots I made. He was named M'aiq the Liar back then.

He had some even stranger quotes too. A strange sort of Easter egg that I found, has anyone else seen him?

I did and I saw him even running in Oblivion between Anvil and Leyawinn.
He has a lot of funny things and nonsense to tell.

Of course they got him from Morrowind! He was nearly as infamous as Fargoth. But yes, he's in both, and has a lot to say. (If you read between the lines, most of it in Oblivion is in regards to the stupid gamer suggestions from ESF.)

In Morrowind, he spoke of dragons, multiplayer, and of course the mudcrab merchant.

I knew about Fargoth and the mudcrab merchant, but I have never heard about M'aiq other than my own observations.

Ideed it is, even tho I have not tried it, people reports its ÃƒÂ¼ber-buggy. Morrowind is a one person RPG, that is the way it's made, and the way it should be.
