Anything worth having takes time.

When you make an Oblivion showcase be sure to post it in this thread, instead of creating a new thread for it.

Hello again, bmscout. I looked the Morrowind interior over and its definitely getting better. A couple of things: 1) books should be right next to each other when they're standing upright. As is, there are spaces in between them. 2) you still have a handful of floaters. But not as many as you started with. Just go through the Private Island Cottage Objects list and you'll be able to see them. This cell is almost there. Also there are a couple floaters in the basement. Keep up the good work.

I see that in the cottage some pieces arent gridsnapped well. To cope with this, select everything on a tile and then move it with gridsnap on (with a value of 16 or 64). You can see bye looking at the pillars that it wasnt gridsnapped well.

the silverware fork is floating slightly,
the cloth sack in the basement is resting on a point, with these objects its better to let them bleed a little,
the basement has the same gridsnap issues,
the chest with loads of gold could use a very good lock,
the chest which is named sud1 is an unique chest, these can better be replaced (as named chests are often used in quests so it is better to be careful with it.)

My advice is to set gridsnap to 16, select everythng on a tile (If you hold ctrl you can select more and more objects by clicking on them) and then move it with gridsnap on. Everything should pop into place then. Succes!

if you look at the "cell view" window, you'll see a list of everything in the cell. Simply go down the list, double clicking each item. When you double click on an item, then it'll appear in the cell window. Basically this is my attempt to ween you off us teling you which ones float so that you'll be able to recognize them on your own. Just focus on the junk, like the books, like the small chests on the desk. You fixed one chest but the other 2 still float I believe. Try it. If you can't seem to get it, that's ok and I'll message you a list of floaters.

heres the new one. but i think just because the box around the item (green, red, blue box that is) is not imbedded in the static doesnt mean its a floater. but my 2 pence doesnt mean anything....

The axis box tightly surrounds the model (with a tiny bit of extra space in some cases). If it is not at least resting on a static the object is floating.

Taking your 2 pence into consideration, I ignored all objects that I couldn't see underneath.

bk_vivecandmephala - bleeding
bk_tamrielicreligions - floating
light_com_candle_10_64 - floating
misc_com_tankard_ - floating

These items are actual floaters and bleeder.

The stairs wasnt gridsnapped well and when you try to get that done the gridsnap doesnt work. So either rebuild the whole room and try to get the stairs right by hand (hint; use the numbers -180, -233,332, -838 and for the tiles beneath it -223,332, -1094, -180)
If that is changed, the tapestry, barrel crate and winerack float,
the chest_mis9 bleeds,
chest_small_ingredients bleeds,
the alembic bleeds,
the book the alchemist formulary bleeds,
the small chest with gems should be locked,
the winerack in the basment bleeds,
the lamp floats,
the com_chest_01 bleeds,
the three chests bleed,

that was all i could find. just raise the objects and then press f. Youre nearly there.

Sorry, it turned up to be a little later then I thought. You fixed all my issues, which is really cool. Now I can't find any floaters and bleeders in your interior. But I noticed two thing I didn't saw earlier. First, your plugin is dirty. By that I mean that it changes some aspects of the original game. To fix that, you need a program called TESAME. It is located here: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/utils . open your mod in it, and then delete everything but TES3, your cells, and objects you created. If you doubleclick something you see some information about what is dirty.
Your lights aren't default but they aren't correct yet. Copy the light settings from a house in Pelagiad. While you are doing that, also check the "forbidden to sleep button". These are located in world/interiors.
Once you fixed these two you get my recommendation. Your skills have improved every time.

The plugin isn't entirely clean yet. You can still delete the cells without landscaping and the stairs and the paper in TESAME.
The lights in the basement arent set correctly.
The fog settings in the entire house arent set correctly.
Because you are a quick fixer, I let you fix these things while I recommend you. Before you are promoted, you need to do these fixes, though. Succes!

When you have a dirty plugin, it can happens that the werewolf stats are altered. The sneak skill level of 90 is reduced to 0 and the hand to hand skill is raised to 150. Some other stats are altered too. It has to something with tribunal, but I don't know for sure.

I didn't write this.
What the hell is a GMST?
Game Setting (GMST) records are entries that contain game information required by Morrowind. Some of them contain numerical values for armor and weapons, movement and abilites, game data relating to view distance and gamma settings, while others simply contain the names of skills or spells.

GMST contamination first became apparent with the release of Tribunal, where it was found that saving a plug-in file without having Tribunal loaded resulted in erroneous GMST entries being dumped into that file.
This contamination breaks the Summon Fabricant spell and changes the names of the Seller Max (to Max Sale) and Share (to Companion Share) buttons. Bloodmoon added another 61 GMST entries bringing the total to 72.
The origin of these entries is the Construction Set executable file itself, and has nothing to do with any of the master (esm) files. This can easily be proven by loading the CS.exe file, and then saving a file without loading any content. The result is about 80+ kb of GMST entries (1400+), all with incorrect values. These incorrect Morrowind GMST values manifest as a widespread corruption of text strings throughout the game, the most notable is having the letter 's' prefixing every skill and ability.

These 'bogus' entries appear only when the Construction Set cannot find the corresponding GMST value in a master file (which contains the correct values for each). This is why the problem was first encountered after Tribunal was released. Many people continued to make Morrowind only mods with Tribunal patched versions of the Construction Set. As some of the new functionality added by Tribunal required game setting variables, they were patched into the CS.exe file. Those making Morrowind only mods would therefore not load Tribunal, which contained the correct GMST values, and hence the incorrectly defined ones were quietly saved into their plugin files.

So to simplify: Official.esm NOT loaded = GMST contamination
