this topic should probably be moved to

"off-topic discussion"... rather than the showcase forum.

Completley finished? Never, probubly. If what you mean is Tamriel to be fully finished for morrowind then its not going to happen. It is going to be 1 province per elder scrolls game most likely. And if Oblivion and Morrowind are the last Elder Scroll games, then just wait around for forty years or so untill all of Tamriel is Rebuilt.

Yes well I said is if our numbers do not suddenly skyrocket, then it might take well over 40 years. That should be a hint for you, magnite. Thats right. Make a showcase, join TR, see the world... umm, I mean, rebuildthe world! :]

We don't really intend to rebuild the whole continent of Tamriel, but only a province (since this is already a large amount of work).
I'm sure we'll get the province for each game finished. So after we've finished a province there'll be another TES game and we'll probably start working on that game while leaving the last game.

Check out our tutorials page http://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/tutorials

Once you get the hang of it you can make a showcase and show us what you've learned.

We do a lot more then just modding too. If you can texture, model, draw concept art, write music, write books for TR or are just a general elder scrolls lore freak we'd love to have you!...

...if you're good enough *mwaha* .

There is no real requirements on how much lore you know, and playing both tes3 &4 is good. If you want to join this team and don't think you know enough about TES lore, visit this site:
http://til.gamingsource.net/
Its really good and you can learn a lot from it. Just read whatever section you deem worthy :)

Try one of the tutorials on the site. Depending on wether you wan't to mod for Oblivion or Morrowind, do a differen't tutorial. I find that if you know one well, the other is easy to learn.
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/tuts/dsong/first_room
This is where I started for Morrowind. Its one of the best 'from the beggining' tutorials I've read. You learn about the construction set and how to move around in a real 3D space, then you are walked though making your first room. Good luck!

we have been working for oblivion since it came out. even before actualy, if you count concept art and planing. the next major release will be a final, finished stirk. after that the goldmoor beta. though i can give a save estimate on neither, stirk is very close.

*recommends it for use*

If the problem persists when TR is turned off then it isn't the fault of TR.

the esf would be a better place to ask as I personally have no experience with any other mods...

oh wait, just edit the oblivion.ini file to turn the borders off.

if you have borders off then that message shouldn't appear. perhaps there is a mod that reverses the inherent meaning of that value and you can ironicly prevent the message by enabling borders... I dunno, just ask the ESF if you haven't already.
