bad news

well the bad news is i sprained both wrists and hands one i can use a little bit the other i cant realy use and i lso sprained my foot...so your probaly wondering how, well once upon a time their was an aerobics ball in the hand of my friend and i ran into that aerobics ball and went flying backwards and landed on my hands and feet so thats how i got hurt.

well it turns out it wasnt just 3 sprains its 2 sprains and a fracture and its quite hard to just write this.

I once fractured my foot. I had it in a cast for one day, decided I hated it, took it off, and found I could walk on it just fine. It never quite healed perfectly though.
