I'll claim this one, it's right next door to the fine alchemist i'm also claiming so I know what size they can be. This will be an average sized house since its a wealthy residence not a manor. It will have rich furniture and basically just every day living stuff.

I'm taking this to review, i ought to start again now my uni stuff is over...

Reviewed...
Loading Errors:
In CS: None
In Game: None

Criticals: The whole of the bottom floor isn't gridsnapped, and the stairs do not fit properly. Also, the exterior has a sign for a clothier...was it planned to be that instead of just a house?

Clean: No, by one cell

Northmarker: Ok

Fits Exterior: Yep

Lighting: Wrong lighting, no fog, and no no-sleep set. Also, some of the placed lights are too strong really

NPCS/Gridpath: N/A

Logic: None

Lore: The two poor beds upstairs don't really fit in with the rich setting of the house

General:
- One of the com_basket_01_chpfood5 downstairs floats
- Due to the lack of gridsnap, rugs and things bleed through the ceiling downstairs
- chest_small_02_misc upstairs could do with a lock
- Make the entrances to the 'rooms' a bit wider
- As well placed as the rugs are, they still bleed slightly (i noticed it at first glance). They just need moving aprat by 1 unit really

Comments:
A nice place, but marred BADLY by the no-gridsnap bleeding. A pity, as nice atmosphere and low number of errors.
Also, what's to be done about the exterior being for a clothier? If you say to ignore that I'll try to fix the gridsnap error, else it needs to be remade.
I didn't fix anything in case it was to be remade, didn't want to waste time messing about.

Revoked due to lack of gridsnap, doesn't fit the exterior, and because I feel like it.

I would like to take this, but first i need some help.
Serric said it fits, and Thrig it doesnt fit the exterior. So which is it? If it fits ill use the shell Massalinie did, fix the gridsnap, maybe use some clutter she placed. And change it to a fine clothier.
