Can't download Stirk v.09
Hello, I signed up to be member of TR and I'm really interested in checking out the Stirk mod. I have been able to download OoT but I can't seem to download Stirk. I have gotten 404 errors and then wait a few days and tried again and today I didn't get a 404 error but was sent to a page that said I was not allowed to access the download. I was logged in so I'm not sure what happened. I hope I'm able to download this cause I'm excited to see Stirk Island. Any info or help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
I was informed that they are getting the last quest done so the file will be up shortly. If you want the file anyway, I'm pretty sure you have to become a modder, which I'm set on doing.

There was an error in where the file was uploaded. the download should now work fine. Aro was kind enough to put up version .9 back up for download. however, we are not 100% sure that this is the version that was up before. if there are any unusualy big problems (remember, beta) please tell us.
and yes, we do hope to have a new and finished version up soon enough. If you can do voice acting please lend your talents to us for voicing the strik quests.

Thanks for the info. Although I have very little extra time these days to learn how to mod and I never had much luck with it in Morrowind, I would be happy to do some voice acting for this or any other of your mods if I just knew what I need to to it and how I could arrange it with your team. My email is brak@localnet.com. Please contact me if you would like my help. Thanks again.

instead of emails and the like, how about you just post a sample of work (in your case past voice acting or any samples of your work) in the showcase section. it makes things easier for us. there are some sample lines, as well as a WIP complication of dialogue from stirk, in the sound and music forum.

By looking at the date the file was saved to the disc and on the internal downloads, I'm 110% sure it is the right version
Hey brak, your nick sounds very familliar to me (brak means lack in polish), how about posting some samples of your voice acting in a showcase thread?
Edit: Oh, N was faster! Dammit

PoHa: how can we best this trio of trouble? who will save us from this menace of sub-par models? what will we do?
PoHa: I know! we'll shoot an Aro at them
Aro: you have only one Aro missile!
PoHa: yes, but its heat seeking and quite possibly indestructible

I have never done any voiceacting for a mod or anything else for that matter but I'll investigate it and make a recording and post it in the appropriate area. If I just had some examples of dialogue that you have in the quest I would have something relevant to say. Also I'll have to buy a microphone for my computer. I hope I don't sound lame but my only modding experience has been some landscapes in Morrowind and I never really did master the TES Contruction Set. I really do want to help I just need a little advice on how to get started.

well, you could get started with reading a tutorial for example. we have several about exterior modding in the tuts section, but there are more on the net. or you could post up previous landscapes in the showcase so that we can tell you what we think needs fixing. the showcase is not just for getting moddership -- its also for learning the trade.

I was just wondering if any of your mods have in-game world maps like the one for shivering isles because I downloaded the silgrad tower mod a while ago and it diddnt have a map but you might have added one by now or something (trying to download the D U N E mod screwed up my game and I had to uninstall) so tell me if you have added a map scince v1.1 or somthing around those lines

ive had a similar problem in that it correct me if im wrong as i may well be, but i thought a hammerfell ingame map was added when you downloaded stirk, if it was then for some reason it does appear when i play the game. i may be completely wrong on this though
