So I've been looking through some mods at PES, and i was wondering if some of these things should be implemented. First off is Abot's Guar Riding mod. I think that some aspect of this mod should be introduced. (Example-- not the mod itself, but the idea of a pack guar for travel) I think that perhaps in Indoril district, or maybe Dres the method of travel should be guars. it just seems like a cool way to get around, it reminds me of those things on Tatooine in episode 4...
Anyways, I'd be happy to do this for TR. perhaps only in Dres district? I also think that a new mesh should be made called the travel guar. basically a guar with a banner over its sides with a saddle attached. Good idea or not?
To be incorporated?

Feel free to release mods that affect TR once we've finished and released the maps ourselves, but for many reasons, we most likely won't be able to incorporate your idea into the mod itself.
In the past, these ideas and suggestions were called "bolt-ons", and were planned to be released in one big additional file for those who wanted them, alongside the actual TR mod.
This idea, however, was poorly implemented, and poorly maintained. TR eventually dropped the program altogether.
This does not, however, prevent this idea from happening! As I said above, feel free to release a mod such as that on your own after TR's maps are released. That generally appeals to most modders we've found; they get all the credit if they release their own mod instead of asking for it to be tacked on to something some of them believe will never be finished anyway..

the problem with creating my own mod afterwords would be that other transport methods would be in place. such as Riverstriders, Silt striders, etc. I do not offer this as an idea, more a suggestion that it be implemented. I think that the guar should be more integrated into Morrowind society. But, thats just my opinion.

things such as this lie outside the scope of TR. They will never be incorporated into the project. As was said already, a bolt on with this would be fine. Also, whats wrong with other forms of fast travel being placed as far as a guar riding mod is concerned?
