Arkansas has one of the best technology classes in the nation. EAST, enviormental and spacal technology, is centered out of Little Rock and spreads across all of Arkansas and into a dozen other states. My school has an east lab with 2 macs, and 12 other computers. We have fruty loops, blender, softimase, scanners, printers, poster makers, high speed internet, photoshop, and tons of other programs I aren't even going to list.

Does Newbraska have all that in one room?

you guys got 14 computers in 1 school???

the school i was in last year had 30 macs with final cut pro, the adobe suite and a heap of other arty software, in another lab there is another 30 computers but with engineering software like CATIA and several different CAD/CAM softwares. In conjunction with that room there are Lathes and Laser cutters that are run by computer. those 2 labs are specialised. but i reckon theres at least 200 computers in that school for 1300 students. Im skyting a bit, but our school was spoilt with a 400k grant.

Not in one school, thats just in the one classroom.
We have about 20 more in the library, plus another 40 in the other high school computer classes, then plus another 50 counting all the middle school computers and every one of the teachers has at least 1 computer in the class room so we have probaly close to 170 in the whole school. The EAST lab just has computers with every program you can imagine on them. In a small school you really don't need 40 macs. If you think our schools small you should see the school that annexed with us. Before they closed they had 250 students in the whole school. My school used to have a thousand but now we have 1,250. In their whole school they probaly had about 20 and they were dead broke. But it worked out good for us cause we have a new high school and a new lab filled with computers. And our macs have final cut pro too. That and all the other stuff that comes with them. In EAST all you do is computer projects so its a real fun class to get into. And I don't think I can picture 40 macs in one room.
