A Dwemer Ruin. Nothing fancy. Is it inhabited by anything? If so, what and do I add them or not? Can there be small lava pits 'cause in half the dwemer ruins of Vvardenfell have them.

For these claims where there aren't any further instructions, you tell the story. Is the ruin inhabited? Is there a lava pit? If so, tell us.

You don't add NPCs or creatures when making interiors.

Oh yeah :P

Here goes:

This ruin has been rarely visited, but has had a few cave ins. Since the entrance is at the bottom of a mountain range/whatnot it leads to a large hall. There will be shafts goin up from the sides of the hall and other rooms - it be built like a small community. At one place it leads downward to a collapsed area that leads to a hidden room. There will be a few hidden rooms in this ruin. Most of the shafts will have lava at the bottom because they where energy suppliers back in the dwemer days.

Hey just one Q, I made a pretty cool hidden passage but theres one catch. The only race that cannot fit properly in it is an Altmer. I think- because there are very few places an Altmer cannot reach- that it is alright. I mean, when the real Jedak (he was a Bosmer and also a skilled sneaker) was stealing he found it immensly annoying that he couldn't reach the top shelf and an Altmer easily could and crouching didn't help so I guess having one passage un-Altmerable is alright. Esspecially if you, Thrignar, believe that logically Dres should be a Dunmer only Faction. Logically being short would help at times and well as hinder ;)

actually no. it should be altmer accessible because it would make no sense for the altmer not to bend over to fit through. To avoid that logical fallacy occurring to the player please make the hidden passage accessible to altmer, I doubt it could possibly be that hard.

Its not easy. And its underwater, so there's even less sense, thats why I thought it would work. An Altmer only just doesn't fit, and the piece is already x2...

I'll see what I can do.

I've done it! I had to place collision walls to stop glitches.

I want to create multiple cells (min 2, max 4) but I don't know what to call them.
And how do I change the name of an existing cell? (I never figured out :( )

You do that by pressing F2 when you select the cell. And you can call one of them: TR_i3-528, entrance hall, TR_i3-528, Deep Ruins, etc.

Or when you are in the cell view window, you can single click the name of it to select it, then single click it again to rename it.

1st cell complete. Its not the one the player inicially goes into from the front entrance, though.

Called it 'Arkantng, Broken Passages'.

2 cells now lie in complete:
Arkantng, Hall of Bthuchend
Arkantng, Broken Passages

3 more cells need detailing:
Arkantng, East Wing
Arkantng, Shafts of Tngundaal
Arkantng, Shafts of Chenturving
This is becoming a bit of a monster, but no worry, once I'm done with this I will claim another dwemer ruin and make it really small to even things up ;)

OK, I put a WIP up top. I plan to keep its size but it will take me a long time to finish. If it needs to be done faster you may revoke it, and may the new modder please send me a pm so that I can explain what my plans for this were.

I need a short break from this so I will claim another dwemer ruin and make it tiny (to even things up :) )

Please revoke and use WIP. Please keep this in its grand size. I planned it carefully and had a whole community layout for it. If the next claimer wants to know, contact me VIA PM :)

I'd like to have a shot at doing some interior work again. A Dwemer ruin seems like a good start, because it can go any way really. Won't be too big, no more than 3 mid-size cells max.

Could you please use my WIP? I know I have no power over this, but it would hurt to know my work gone to waste, considering how much time I individually spent on this. If anything Broken Passages is a finished cell and easy to use - and the one I put most effort in.

Ok I've finished this one and basically narrowed it down to a 2 cell interior. The layout that was in place in the other cells was just too vast and complicated to be used while still keeping it a fun and interesting ruin.

I've kept almost the entire Broken Passages cell intact, all credits for that go to Jedak and it's a nice cell. I've added a cell before it that's a bit more intact and neat, leading up to the ruined mess of the Broken Passages which gives a nice contrast I think.

Yea I thought it would be too big the plan. Thank you for using the Broken Passages Cell! It was one of my personal favs of my things. I feel silly that I just revoked it instead of doing what you did :)
