Quest from mouth Fervas Shulia - SOLVED

There is a quest in house Telvanni from mouth Fervas Shulia, where I need to deliver coded dispatch to mistress Eldale in Gah Sadrith and five soul gems from an enchanter Cerul Arnem, but he can not speak with me because of cacophany. I can't get over that. Could anyone help?

If you ask about "latest rumors" in Port Telvannis you will learn that Cerul Arnem is in conflict with the town's second enchanter (can't remember his name ATM). If you visit the guy and bump his disposition to at least 80, he'll explain the situation, and you'll be able to return to Cerul Arnem and get the soul gems from him.

Does anyone know where I can find Turosi Salvel? I have looked everywhere in Port Telvannis. His house is locked and he is not in it.

He should have a shop somewhere. I can't remember exactly, cos PT is hard to explain direction-wise,

but try "COC "Port Telvannis, Turosi Salvel: Enchanter"" and other such commands. One of them will work.

If you still can't do it, report back and I'll find the directions for ya.

OK. I finally found him. Thanks! I was looking all over town outside for him. I didn't realize that he had a shop and a house.
