I'll use dimensions like the multi story houses in Balmora and deck it out with some rich Darkelf Items and Furniture.
Bedroom upstairs and dining/living room downstairs.

I think I'm done. The exterior was only one floor but had plenty of space underneath so I made it go underground.

Magelord uploaded an older version of map4. I TESTDK'd it but I cant find any interior cell in it. What I normally do to find interior cells (load the plugin in TESAME) doesn't work here because the file is too big for that. Perhaps Magelord still has the file or knows how he called it?

Return to modder, have him remove the stairs to the basement and replace with a trapdoor, that'll fix that problem. Also, 1st floor is a bit plain, maybe add some plants.
