Hi I am new and I wish to be a modder.
Not expect that i am expert i am a beginner.
I can place camps with bandits or/and dunedwellers in hamerfell,
place furniture and opjects in interiors.
NOT MUCH ELSE
I cannot create new interiors or meshes or textures...
I AM BEST AT EDITING EXISTING INTERIORS

Just tell her: 'she'sa soooo sexy when she crits,' and she'll slap my face and be your friend for life! She alllways knows who-dun-wot.

Hey pes, welcome to TR If you want to make a showcase try a small cottage like house. I'm not sure, but I think a bandit camp is too small for a showcase. We all started out as newbie modders, and this aint no race so take all the time you need to learn the ins and outs of the CS and make a really killer showcase. There's a good tutorials section underneath Main, check that out.
As for you Marlech, if you're good at modeling then try heading over to concept art and finding a few little things that need making and use that as your showcase, or just put together a little portfolio of things you've already done for us to see. Also, you mentioned you were good with C++. Would you mind trying your hand at questing? There's other things you can do with coding and what not, but I'm not the person to talk to about that, it's Greek to me. Try talking to Ludovic.

Pes just save the fix into the house .esp. You have to set it as active file to get it to save.

Yes you can. If you can use a computer you can do this most basic function.

Just load up your house mod file and click the box to set it as an active file. Then make your changes and you can save to that file.

Did you have to compress such a small file...?
Anyway... looked at the house, and from a quick glance its waaaaaaaaay too underdetailed. Have a look at another Beth made house to get an idea of what it should look like. You shouldn't use the hanging iron lamp here either. None of the stuff on the shelves really makes sense... there's a random chair floating by the door. The door marker btw, isn't properly placed.
What I want you to do is look at a some other Bethesda made interior of the same dimensions. Say for instance, Weynon Lodge, which is a pretty bare bones interior as it is. Look at that, DO NOT COPY, but get an idea of about what it should look like.

if it helps, try looking at a house in maybe IC or Anvil. they're a nice simple layout, or a farmhouse interior maybe.
most house ints have atleast 50 objects at a bare minmum.
remember, you've got to cover everything from Cutelry on the tables right down to all the books that person might have on a shelf and whatever food is stored in barrels around the rooms. try and make it feel as lived in as possible without it becoming too much of a mess.
and dont give up
your first few "good" interiors will take a while to make, probly around 2 hours for a detailed house with NPC scripts, pathgrid and playtesting. also, if you make a new NPC remember to create a new Referance for him and a new Editor From ID so you can change his AI paths and dialogue without messing with Vanilla scripts

Interior
Pathgrid.
-- see below Screenies. make sure you
A> Dont make a pathgrid using topdown view, if you do, make sure the grid nodes are all on the floor.
B> Dont put pathgrid Nodes inside/outside walls. otherwise NPC's have real problems like falling thru the world
C> Link Pathpoints together by placing Nodes with Rightclick instead of Leftclick. or, use Leftclick then link them together afterwards by holding CTRL then leftclick
Floating objects.
LowerCoverdPot01 on the shelf near bottom of the bookcase is floating.
MiddleMetalUrn1DUPLICATE000 s floating on the Draws
so is the dagger next to it
Door marker is Facing the Wrong way and Floating
Both shirts on the draws near the Door are floating
Books on the Shelf above the bed are Floating, and the Sack next to them is bleading into the shelf
The Coins and the Bowl on the Draws next to the bed are Floating
the Sack and Barrel next to the Draws are Floating
WolfSkin rug is floating
The Stuff on the Fireplace shelf is Floating
BETHERSDA ERROR HERE , not Modder--*The Fireplace needs lowering into the floor properly. its about 6" too high.*
The Stool near the fire floats very slightly
Main Table floats a bit also
Everything on the table is Floating
Most of the Lanterns arent on the wall properly.
Your NPC has no AI package. he needs one to wander about or pathgridding is useless. go to the Charecter Tab and then packages to choose one, drag it into the AI window on the NPC base.
Exterior
Okays, so the House is too high up, lower it into the ground a little bit more. and like the interior door, the Door Loading Marker is facing the wrong way and its too high up (face it outwards, or towards the way you want to run when you exit/enter a cell)
Theres stuff inside the house model when outside. zoom inside the model after placing it just to check. iirc theres some plants and fence bits inside yours
Conclusion
its all fixable stuff really. i've included most things in a .rar file for you to see what i mean about a few items

make all of your fixes in the farmhouse file please. You have been told how so there is no longer any reason for you not to do so.

My review:
The lighting isn't ok.
Right click the mouse on the name of the cell in the Cell View window. Choose edit and go to the tab of lighting and change the lighting to the values of odiil farm or so.
Lights are supposed to be in the house.
Doormarker is floating
Clothbolt 05 is floating a little bit
handscythe is floating a bit
Basket and potatoes are flaoting
Shovel and Oar are floating
Hoe1 is Floating
The yarns in the basket are floating or not resting logical
Lowerbowltan is floating
BookvaluableTamrielicLore is floating a little bit
BOokRealBarenziah is floating
Flamenode 6 may be replaced with flamenode 5 or 4 or resized
Everything on middletable 06 is floating
Bookguide imperial city02 is floating
Gold001 is floating
Your interior is pretty good. Fix all the floaters. Do you use the havoc function and what about the F-button?

The Havok button is to quickly check if things such as traps are correctly positioned. Save before using it, and don't save after using it (instead, reload the file ignoring changes, and so the necessary adjustments then).
If you're not placing traps or physics-based puzzles, do not use the Havok button.

Then just change it with the z-axis. If you have to make a few extra clicks who cares though.

I am not a reviewer, but entitled to my opinion
1: Your interior aaaa lacks a northmarker. A northmarker is placed to correct the players minimap or whatever...
2: Exterior, you have forgotten to vertex shade around the house. Open up the landscape edit box, enable "Edit Colors" and as a Vertex color (three boxes on the left) enter i.e 92, 92, 92. Then "paint" around the house in order to make it blend into the scenery.
3: Exterior, the door is floating some inches above the threshold.
4: Exterior, three or four meters south of the house there is a land texture glitch, where three or more land textures collide and create rough edges.
5: Interior: When placing barrels in an interior, try to imagine how they're placed. If you look top down in the CS, you can see three barrels with the top knob facing the same direction. Avoid this by clicking them, and drag your mouse while holding down the RMB to rotate them.
6: Interior: Your interior aaaa has no lighting value. At the top of the CS, click World, then Cells... Try to find the light, ambience and fog values suitable to your interior.
7: ClothBolt05 is floating
8: SackOpenClutterMiddleGrain01 all three of them is floating slightly. Imagine how sacks behave when dropped heavily onto a floor.
9: The Book2CommonRealBarenziahV1 plus plus is also floating, and I'd advise you to pick some other books, since the same red finish on those books turns out a little boring. Ask someone else whether or not it is likely that farmers has those books. I dunno...
10: The pathgrid you created is waaay to little detailed, and some of the waypoints requires NPCs to walk through their furniture.
11: The HandScythe01 is floating as well...
12: The Yarn02 is floating awkwardly...
13: The BroomFarm01 is floating strangely...
14: The sheep MIGHT have a too big radius of wandering, although NPCs aren't my thing.
15: You WILL be promoted to modder status if you clean up the errors, and post a really good interior. It requires some work, but the points above is easily fixed. Are there any more things to fix I'm sure the reviewers will point them out.
Good Luck!
Edit: Curses! Does this mean I will eventually turn out a reviewer?!?! NOOOOOES!!!!!
