I'll take a look after work, and I'll edit my post...

Okay, since you are seeking promotion for interior modding I'll just stick with commenting that.

Firstly this is alot better, I'd avoid sticking a rug onto the wall as you've done in one of the rooms downstairs (maybe some sort of hanger holding the rug would justify that), and I'd also choose some other lanterns. You've used lanterns with 500 radious light, and I think that's a bit too much :) The WeapIronDagger upstairs is F'ed onto the cupboard, but due to its shape it seems to float still... Hold "x" while rotating an object (right mouse button) to find the appropriate angle for it...

I can't see any reasons for you not gaining modder status soon, I guess one of our proper interior reviewer could give more detailed comments... Who knows, we might have some Rihad interiors during this summer?

That rug sticked into the wall?
I think that rug was to be sticked in the wall.

According to the details, you've edited the cell SkingradCastleBarracks. You need to clean the .esp for unwanted records. This is mandatory for an .esp to be accepted, although not directly related to your application as interior modder (but still somewhat related :) )

Otherwise, you seem to have understood what I meant about the dagger. A lot of items have collision parameters that results in them lying awkwardly when dropped onto a surface. Take the BroomFarm01 (misc item) for instance, when dropped into the render window it stands up, and enabling havok doesn't necessarily make it look realistically placed. And the dagger, when havoked, floats two inches above the shelf...

I know, which is why I said that you seem to have understood what I meant about the dagger. Its positioning is good now.

Hm, the SkingradCastleBarracks still shows up as a record in your .esp...

Top corner "File", click it.
Then Data...
Choose your mod, then click Details...
Then press Type to sort records
Scroll down to CELL SkingradCastleBarracks
Click it, then press DELETE, and then Yes.

Press close and load the plugin again. Then you find out that it's useless actually :) The record stays in the mod. Don't worry, sometimes the CS cleaner is difficult, and I'd advise you to download TESGecko or TES4Utility and use those.

But even those are more difficult to use, so I'd suggest someone higher up than me to check out this file and determine if it's worthy an interior modder status.
You show determination at least, and I'd like to see you evolve while working on important stuff soon... good luck.

I am curious why a cell with a similar purpose to the one you made is dirtied. Anyway, here is a review:

you have things half on rugs, which leads to bleeding or floating. (bleeding in this case)
your secondary door leads to a floating exterior staircase. I really think you should just connect it to a small curtain wall then storage tower. You seem to have even made a cell already. Note, a mod is not clean if you leave empty cells you may have made.

edit: I forgot a very important point. When making OB NPCs and setting ownership, you have to, except in very rare cases, make a new faction for the cell, set all the NPCs in the cell as members, then simply have the faction own the items of the cell.

I don't have the cs for Oblivion on my laptop so I can't review this. Somebody else should be along to look at though, fear not.

you have posted a total of 10 different files for this guard house at this point, you should try making a new interior from scratch incorporating what you have learned from fixing mistakes so far.

I am sorry for the delay, I almost had a good
multi store house that day but CS crashed and I lost my
faith, school also represented an obstacle.

Now I am ready to get back to work, but I have Vista now,
any suggestions about CS on vista?

DO.
NOT.
INSTALL.
ANY.
GAME.
IN.
C:\PROGRAM FILES\.

That's my suggestion. The default install path for Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout3 is C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Name-of-Game. This is bad. This is very bad. C:\Program Files is an evil directory in Vista. Install your games outside of that (e.g., C:\Games\Morrowind and so on) and everything will be just fine.

My review:
I suspect this plugin is dirty. I can notice it, when you open File/data/your plugin and look at he button details. delete every cell you don't need for this plugin.
There is a upper and lower clutter item. Remove one of those 2 items.
Book1chapetrmagesguild is bleeding a very little bit in the shelf
The cellar underground is made from another tileset, but vanilla ob does the same. --> OK
One of the apples is not resting logical
Maybe the mutton is floating a little bit
Remove bible of the deep ones. i don't think it's approperiate here
Middleclasspewtercup2 is floating.
NPC doesn't have AI.
Maybe the house is a bit too bright

Overall this int is quite good and has a few mistakes. If some one has a better alternative to clean your mod, you 'll probably promoted to an interior modder.

Going from the top floor down:
usable furniture needs to be f-ed multiple times
That chandelier is really in the way
The bookshelf in front of the tapestried window is a bit far out I think. movie it back towards the wall.
first floor shelf seems a bit bare

basement:
no ownership set
this is a closet, not a basement. Make it a basement or delete it as the guy has plenty of storage around his house already.

This brings me back to an overall point. This guy has a ton of cloth, clothes, and closets.
With that in mind, this doesn't feel like a house. To me it almost feels like a warehouse with a bed in the attic, possibly due to the lack of food in this interior, or storage area devoted to food.
Another possibility is because this shell is meant to house a store on the first floor, or an entire knightly order. This shell is far too big for a single person.

although I can't be sure of any other dirtyness as I have not yet reaquired the tes4 plugin utility that I used to use for cleaning and checking cleanliness, I know your file is at least a little dirty as it edits cell 0,0.

I'm not going to look too closely because I don't have much time, but you did not expand the basement, it is still a closet. Your lights are sporadic and too powerful. a 256 light is pushing it, but you have multiple 512s in a house. tone them down and place more. Your basic lighting is too low as well.

Also, this still doesn't feel like a house, although I am not sure why. It seems like the clutter is there only for the sake of clutter, not to realistically furnish a house. Its like the person is living in a house style dungeon maybe.

for the love of god don't make the basement a tomb.
