First off I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kayo real name Jerrell. And I would like to simply state that I may be one of the nicest people you can meet in this Sad, Sad world.
(Now on to my actual post)
Dear TR team,
As I was browsing all your post it seems you guys (TR Team) always have issues with one another. Such as the problem with the Necrom,Foreign Quarter. But these problems are only expected since you are well...a team of people. Personalities,thoughts,background,and tempers. All conflicting. It seems you guys are a little too uptight. I think if this team fixes this little problem a lot more progress may be achieved.

P.S. it always seems as if Haplo is the one with the shortest temper.

P.S.S. Also this "letter" is not to offend anyone. I simply thought I should say this. Also. I will be posting my own showcase soon.

Thanks so very very much, Kayo. I think you're totally right and I will do my best from now on to better myself and relax as much as I can. I don't want to even think about how bad things could've become if you hadn't posted this.

Besides that, I'm looking forward to see your showcase. What'll it be about?

everyone argues time to time, most of the time we aint serious. i agree that we could sometimes improve our behaviors... but there is no way to cut all conflict. when you have this many people working together disagreement is just the name of the game.

No, Immortal_Pig, Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this.

My showcase will most likely be about my In-Game Morrowind Character. His name is Kayo and the PC will have to do Semi-Long quest for him. Which ends tragically.

Edit: Thank you Lady Nerevar for your post it is very appreciated. But I would like you to know I had no intention on this little post stopping all conflicts. I was sort of expecting a negative answer. Luckily I haven't gotten one yet

response time: the right kind of conflict can inspire progress, or prevent stagnation.

I'm just a writer, so I try not to get involved with internal stuggles or whatever, but if people on the outside see it perhaps it is a problem. But then again, I'm more apt to go with the others' theories, in that conflict is simply unavoidable.

Kayo graciously supplied me with a character, the least I can do is play the part.

But thanks Kayo, for pointing all this out. I don't know how we survived longer than any other mod before you revealed this epiphany.

Just kidding! Haplo is not the short tempered one though, if you would spend a week or two on the IRC you will notice that Sload or TF get a lot angrier. Although, I find hardly any conflicts on the forums. Usually if there is it is about something pointless that in no way affects TR.
I think some of the conflicts are good though, like how sload likes to kick literature writers in the nuts (no offence). It allows people to improve at a faster pace than they would. Either way, it is not anything that is necessary to worry about, as long as we have a motivation we will have TR. (Although sometimes I think we could finish faster if people were assigned claims, it would make those really boring ones that nobody wants to do get finished with faster)

Yep, Sload can sometimes seem mean, but just pay attention and you will get what he is sayin'.

I dont see a problem with arguments, flaming rarely happens here and the usual arguments dont cause long-lasting negative effects, but can actually improve relations between people since you get to know eachother's mental borders, what, in most cases, leads to more understanding for eachother in future situations.

Oh, and if you feel like your "job" as psyichiatrist you might get a better view of what's going on when you're actually participating(3d modelling, interior modding, whatever you like besides psychiatry) instead of just reading some posts

But before you make a post like this again, were you comprehense your viewpoint on the complex social structures of the Tamriel-Rebuilt forums, please make sure you can proof you are a qualified psyichiatrist. Scanning in your diploma of a study on psychiatry will be enough, I think.

If there was anything that really actually made me mad about the OP it was the "P.S. it always seems as if Haplo is the one with the shortest temper." comment. It's like he put that there just to take a snipe at Haplo, which I don't appreciate. I may not really know anyone here but from what I've seen Haplo seems like a pretty cool dude to me. Yeah, maybe he gets a little irritated every now and then, but I can't say that for sure since I've barely even been here. Besides, that is to be expecte from a leader of a project so big. It's just natural. Not EVERYTHING smells like roses ALL the time.

Thank you all for acknowledging my post.

Also I am nowhere near a phsyciatrist. ( Since I have no Idea how to spell it ) I'm merely an outsider who like Map one and decided to check out this website. Just because I come speaking at my very best and talking about conflicts and such doesn't mean I am a psychiatrist or anything like it. I'm just a gamer who wants to attempt to join this team of modders.

Sorry if I offended you Haplo. I hadn't tried to. And I apoligize I did in a way "snipe" at you as Redsrock said I hesitated to put the "P.S." in the frst place. I probably should've put it in the main body...

This thread is ironically creating the very problems it was started to prevent. Even though half of it was said in jest I am going to lock this before it steamrolls out of control.
