Looks good for a first showcase submission, most are much lower quality (especially mine). I came back to post my review and found an updated version so this is for the updated version not the old version.
Now I am not an int creator (at least not for TR) but here is my review:
Com_shest_01_pos floating (part on rug, part not)
Active_de_p_bed_10 sunk through floor, lift it up so that it is resting on floor, (but not floating
the fishing rod's base is inside the wall.
the rug should be sized a bit smaller, so that the table leg, and the bed leg are not through it, and half of the chest is not on it. It is fine for the stool to be on it as long as it is fully on it.
IMPORTANT: Also it is not clean, clean it with the details tab of the CS or TESAME or enchanted editor (your preference)
-it changes -2,2 caldera (that might be fine if you put an exterior for your house but if not axe it)
-it changes Bashuk gro-Bat's house in Caldera (just axe those changes unless you really meant them)
possible changes (not errors per say)
Have a trap door/ladder up to the attic
Is it reasonable for a poor person to have that many wall hangings?
If you fix those I am sure that you will get promoted soon. I suggest that you fix those errors and maybe change some of the suggestions and post an updated version for rereview.

PS. welcome to the forums

I can't access the CS right now, but I am going to have to guess you didn't successfully clean it if the file size went up. The only items that should show up in TESAME should be your interior cell, your edited exterior cell(s), ground textures, and any unique items you made.
Also, if you edited another cell in caldera that sounds a bit suspicious. You aren't allowed to copy things from other interiors.

The exterior seems ok for me, if you have retextured the cell. If not, dele all texture you didn't use/apply.
All those misc and container items should be deleted. You didn't change them, you 've only put those in the house.
The only things that is allowed are NPC, misc key (marked with #), the cell caldera (because I assume the exterior building is there), the landscape, the cell Caldera, Fardil Athera's House and its pathgrid and the textures I mentioned above.
Here is my tutorail about TESAME.

Another one, found on the tutorial site of TR:

Looks a lot better except for the cleaning – and in TR cleaning is one of the most important things so you need to learn how to do it. Since in TR interior and exterior are separate processes, I suggest just getting rid of (using TESAME or the CS Details Tab (my preference)) the textures, the land and the cell -2,2 since for an Interior in TR you do not want those or need those.
Clean all the extra items (if using TESAME delete everything except for your cell, PGRD, and the key and NPC) (if using the details tab of the CS, just delete everything except for PGRD, your Cell, the key and NPC and References(REFR)). (but do keep a backup in case you get an error, the only reason I am suggesting this is that I have done it lots of times and not had any errors, so you can try and hope that it works) if it doesn’t I would suggest just starting from scratch and creating a simple interior without any changes to the exterior where it would be.
The only errors other than the need of major cleaning that I can see is:
The ladder up to the attic wants to be up against the wall so it is not hanging in space.
The chest and the ladder and merging into each other, this will be fixed just by moving the ladder against the wall.
If you can fix those two errors (and not create any others, not that it looks like you would) and clean the esp. I would recommend you to be promoted (not that I actually know how much that would count), so go fix those errors. Don't feel bad that it has failed review twice, you are still doing much better than most.

If this [4th] interior has too many errors, you might have to create a new interior to show you've learned from your previous errors. I hope for you that this one will have been perfect.
Edit: I took a look at your interior. I didn't see any floating or bleeding stuff, but I did see that your interior has only 55 references compared to an avarage of 62 for Caldera Civilian Houses. The place looks a very little bit bare. Perhaps the table could have a little more stuff on it. Also, the interior looks to be extremely orderly, most things are perfectly fitted in and there's hardly any 'chaos' in the house. These things aren't necessarily a problem, but when you start making interiors you might want to add a little more stuff and a little more chaos.
Besides that I really liked the attic.

Unless an interior is very small (like a shack or a single floor house) we generally require 100 references. I don't have access to the CS right now, but in any situation I think that your number of refs is too low. (shoot for over 75 at least)

ok, I have the CS now.
Review:
Mixes _com and _de (should be _com)
I'm sure there is a more appropriate door frame you could use here...
in_nord_rafterboards_01 bleeds into other rafter boards to create flashing textures
clever trap door usage, bottom doesn't seem stable though since it doesn't touch the ground
light_logpile_128 floats
add some more clutter
