It's near a lake. that should do. Could I have a go at my kollop cave idea in the Brainstorm thread?

I'll take this too. A man who lives in town and fishes on the lake keeps his boat in here. That's what the locals think anyway. The fisherman actually smuggles stolen goods from the Dwemer ruin on the other side of the lake and hides it in this cave before putting it on the black market. Small entrance cave with a hidden tunnel deeper into the cave.

Claiming.

The nearby town is Bosmora, a quiet Indoril town, so perhaps some iron miners hit by rising gas prices and a poor housing market could be down on their luck and turn to a bit of banditry. There is a small amount of iron in this cave, and dialogue in the town could mention that 'some folks new to town say they're iron miners and have struck a new vein, but that cave hasn't been used for at least a dozen years. Something's fishy about it, if you ask me' or sslt. The fishy part could be reinforced by the fact that when you enter there will be a bunch of fish hanging on a line X-P

I can add a fire, grille, and bedrolls to the exterior.
