Temple: Message to Port Telvannis - ACTUAL BUG

Second, actual, bug is reported below by Julius. Check item ID etc. to fix

I only have a problem with one of the optional parts of the quest. I did deliver the letter and received the response. I cured 4 slaves. But I can't find any dialogue options to gather support for the Temple among the inhabitants of Port Telvannis.

IIRC it depends on your speechcraft and their disposition toward you. Try to raise it up... Anyway, you have to find the right NPCs as well. Some of them will never accept, some others will.

Speak to them about "Tribunal Temple". It should be an option with all 'Commoner' class NPCs. There are a few hanging around outside in various places.

When the chores were done and I reported back to the temple priest a warning message showed and the journal wouldn't update.

This bug has been reported before, but here is the warning message:

Compiled script not saved!

"So, you were able to convince more than ten commoners? I am extremely impressed by what you have achieved, it can't have been easy. Here, take this gold, and this robe as a @reward#. I thank you for performing so well in @this matter#, and for delivering my @message#, child."

The result is no rewards and no update in the Journal. (For now) I don't mind getting no reward, but not updating the Journal means that it is not possible to do further quests in the Mainland Tribunal Temple storyline.

A solution is to use the console (press ~ button) command, to force the Journal entry:

Journal "TR_m1_TT_2", 70

Now the next Tribunal Temple quest comes available again.
