Dragons_Slayer's Art

Post by Dragons_Slayer »

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, just registered although I did visit the site often. I saw the Concept Art section and I thought, well maybe I can try something myself. I will heva some free time in the coming days so I will try something then. For now some concept I did some time ago, for a game I wanted to make.

An interesting style, welcome. I'm curious to see what you could do for Hammerfell. :)

Have a look around, and browse Lutemoth's concept art thread. While he has left the project, Lute really defined the style for Hammerfell.

Thanks I will have a look at that topic as soon as I'm home. For my concept art I think I'm going to try some digital painting in photoshop.

Congratulations! I like what you posted. Being an artist myself, I can't resist in telling that your sketches are very good. :) Keep up the good work.

You know what's also popular? Enormous flying cities and ridable dragons. Maybe TR should invest in navigable ships and underwater cities.

Thanks :), glad you like it, I'm going to try something now, something simple to start with, maybe some interior, I'll see.

Tried something very simple today, didn't turn out as I wanted it do be, I drew a very simple sketch that I made a photo of and did the rest, Next time I will just draw the sketch as detailed as those drawings I posted earlier and then add some color in photoshop. Nevertheless, here is the result:

Thanks, most of my art will be Atmospheric, Functional Art is not my thing, I'm not that good at designing.

Very nice. Welcome to the forums. :) Have you considered incorporating some of the Yokudan imagery designed by Lutemoth and Myzel?
