Review: No northmarker set.
A couple floaters.
Dirty file.
Comments Pretty nice.
I'm pretty damn sure this file is dirty. But I don't know how to fix it. Gecko crashes on me when loading oblivion.esm, and I'll be damned if I know how to clean it through the CS.
So be wary when merging this.

Hey! a hammerfell interior! Yay!
I take it from the existing posts (and the 100% tag thing) that this claim only really needs some cleaning up so it can be finalised and merged into the main file?
But before i claim, i just need to make sure i have eveything i need. I do have the two part TR_OoT.esm and the Hammerfell.esm, but im not sure if they are the latest versions there-of (about a month old). If i take this up, do i just give NPCs 'placeholder' clothes/equipment? (as the only TR clothing/armour, etc i have is the dunedweller dagger and what came with Stirk.
But yeah, I'm eager to 'get my hands dirty' so gimmie!
... In fact, im just gonna hit the claim button and let YOU decide if i have what i need to do this (like all evil vilans i do everythingi can to avoid any form of responsibility )

I am hesitant to grant something to someone who doesn't even know if he has the necessary files. How about you CHECK the date on the most recent OoT so that you know if you have the most recent one. Also, DO NOT LOAD YOUR FILE WITH HAMMERFELL.ESM! Your file should be dependent on the Oblivion esm and OoT.
Just use vanilla clothes. You know, the NPCs are already made, they are just ugly. In fact, this interior just needs some minor fixes as detailed in my revoking post. While you would be within your rights to remake this, it would be a waste. It is undeniably salvagable. The dune dweller dagger does not belong here because these are not the dunes, and these people have not dwelt there.
How about you check out a few approved HF interiors and see how they look if you really don't have any idea what to do.
So yeah, not granted until I know you know what you are doing.

Pretty easily sorted, just wanted to make sure i wouldn't have a screen full of 'missing mesh' exclamation markers. There were none so I'm fine as far as Oot stuff goes.
In looking at the WiP i totaly agree on the NPCs... ugh...
and the house in general just needs to be filled up, more clutter, more furnature, more containers, MORE EVERYTHING!!!! (I'm a big fan of using space up instead of leaving it open - unless there is a good reason to do so).
So, re-do the NPCs, use up some more space (basement especialy) and congratulations! Its an Interior! Awwwwww...
PS: I also took a look at TR8i19 (Rihad, Aletrius Valius' House). You seem to have missed the fact that the up-stairs doorway (not the door itself) needs to be rotated 180 degrees as the side currently facing the interior is the one without full textures
So, do i get the job or what?

First: Both sides appear to lack textures for me my file might be out of date, regardless that needs to be fixed (in OoT). This is a known issue and nothing that interior modders need to concern themselves with.
Here is a little tip. When someone asks you to prove you are not a moron, don't be a moron. There are times for silliness, and that last post was not one of them. Also, double check to make sure you are correct when questioning a review.
You only need to redo the faces of the NPCs, not the NPCs overall. Only the basement truly needs more clutter, but do what you will.
I guess I should grant this, but if after all of this I see this interior sent back, I will NOT be happy.

Have started on the required changes, but i think I'm gonna have to pretty much re-do the furnishings from scratch, it just doesnt seem realistic as is to me, and while i know most if not all of the furnature will be replaced my perfectionist side leads me to believe i should work this as if it was going to be remain as is forever. I have re-done the appearence of the NPCs and will also update thier inventories to beter represent thier status as well.
I wont put up an WiP as yet as i have done too little to warrent it thus far, will re-set the % rating to where i think it is tho. I expect to be finished before the week is out, so friday (my time) at the latest for an update.
PS: Sorry If you took my coments personaly, i was a little goofy from excesive sugar consuption (it was about 5:30am, suger was all that was keeping me going). Again, didn't mean to offend as while i didn't state it, i belived that it was a matter of a glitch as it was.

Ok, i think its pretty much ready to be reviewed now, latest WiP posted. Now for some filler:
> I did fiddle with the interior wall segments a little, this was to make sure interior windows lined up with external windows in both placement and style, the only issue with this is the stairs leadind down to the basement (which i have made slightly smaller in area). Since the stairwell module come with a window i couldn't avoid having one when there isn't a matching exterior one. To counter this i placed a size increased tapestry in-front of the window blocking it from view.
> NPCs: Raccan is a member of the knightly order associated with the city, he was recently forced into semi-retirement for undisclosed reasons and now is limited to training new recruits in the rudiments of Heavy Armour Drill (a service he will extend to persons outside the order if they are willing to pay). He spends his spare time in the basement venting his frustrations in his training area.
Sharli, his daughter, is a bit of a homebody only recently having reached adulthood. To her fathers concern she has showed some raw ability with the rudiments of magic, something that has been successfuly concealed thus far, though that will likely change as her power grows (posible quest here - Something has gone wrong, and she is suspected of "witchcraft", her father, while not a fan of magic -duh-, loves his daughter and asks the player to escort the girl to safty - mages guild link? Border run?).
NOTE: alot of basic clutter (cutlery on the dining table, books, etc) has been left out intentionaly untill such time that a proper and complete furnature and clutter set is available.

TESAME: Clean
Fits exterior: Yes
Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No
Review: -minor floaters and bleeders, the usual
-perhaps could have done with some more rugs and tapestries, but it's fine.
-furniture on rugs tended to bleed through the rug.
Comments My first Oblivion review! Hopefully TES4Gecko cleaned the file right (does that thing have a manual option?).
I bet you'll be glad this thing is finally out of review, JD.
