I fancy making this one my first claim. Current plan is a small square room at the front to correspond with the interior mesh, which will contain eating arrangement and general storage, with stairs at the back leading down to a similarly small basement bedroom.
Will there only be one person living here? Does the house want to be untidy and dirty, with cobwebs and such, or just poor?

Version 1
So far only the downstairs is really decorated, about to work on the upstairs area. I will update as and when more of it gets completed.
I figured a trapdoor to the downstairs would make the building seem more shady and save space, and the downstairs bit extends under the stone walkway in front of the door in the exterior screenshot provided by Thrig.
Somebody else should check to see if the interior is dark enough, as I'm not sure if the brightness settings on my install of Morrowind are standard.
Version 2
The upstairs is now just about decorated, just going through it and making sure I've accounted for objects placed onto warped poor furniture meshes and fixing any miscellaneous errors I find. This claim is nearly ready to go to reviewing.
Version 3+4
Added a few rugs and tapestries.
version 5 can be deleted, it was an accidental second upload of version 4.

I removed ownership on those books, renamed the cell to fit naming conventions, and added a little bit more detail. I really don't have the time to redo the entire int from scratch at this point, sorry Thrig.
