Well, it still probably means you haven't registered the .bsa.
Have you definitely checked your .ini file to see if there is the correct line in the Archives section? Or have you just used BSAReg (which I swear we should stop bundling after all these problems) and assumed it did its job because it told you so?
Read the readme (or my Big Sticky up the top - and how did you read this thread but not that?) and follow those instructions, then come back if there's still an issue. But there won't be, I promise. Or if there is, it's not the one reported in this thread.

If your running vista, (i had this problem) i reccomend reinstalling morrowind to a diffrent folder. NOT in program filles. I had SOOO many problems with tamriel but when i did this it worked very easily. If you dont want to loose your saves or mods, copy and paste them to a storage folder and when you reinstall morrowind copy and paste them back in the games folder. (the games folder should not be in program files (x86)!)

unfortunatly
i have already done that, i put all of it into the public folder

If your .bsa is actually installed properly (so that the .ini has "Archive [NextNumber] = TR_Data.bsa", and all three TR .esms and the .bsa file are all in the Data Files folder), I'm afraid there is no way you're experiencing the issue mentioned at the top of this thread (which is caused by those problems).
So in order for us to work out what your problem is, you're gonna need to elaborate as to exactly what problems you're having. More details than you've given so far (i.e. "errors").
Name specific examples, and if possible show your Warnings.txt.
Thank you.

If in doubt, re-download the latest public release versions of our files (included in the Map 2 download at PES/TESNexus), update the .bsa and Data.esm, re-register the .bsa.
If it still doesn't work, then I'm afraid it appears the problem is at your end specifically, and is not something we can replicate and work out how to fix for you.
I am sure you should be able to get this worked out though; it would be bizaare if you were managing to conjure up this unique problem without it ever affecting anyone else.

That'd be the reason, you're probably using the old .bsa then.

If you have a normal install and haven't modified anything, the filepath should be:bla wrote:I can't find the morrowind.ini file
Bethesda Softworks->Morrowind->Morrowind.ini
The icon is a standard text file with a little cog on it. The file type will be listed as 'configuration settings'.

Umm, ok I know I'm being a tard, but I'm having the same problem as AVG. I added the line in the .ini, but there are just no files in the TR_Data file, just Bookart. I downloaded just TR_Data.esm and .7z from the Main Page. I can't use TR at all. Heelp? And TF that didn't work.

I'd advise you to download TR's released content through one of the publicly hosted locations. The version of TR Data available from this site is intended for use with the internal Modders-only map files and is not compatible with the publicly available maps. I recommend you download the Map 2 bundle from Planet Elder Scrolls or another of the several host sites. That archive contains everything you need to use TR.

sounds like you didn't extract the .bsa. do so, place the .bsa in the datafiles folder, ensure that the archive is registered in the .ini, then you should be good to go.
