I couldn't find the original thread for this, so I'm starting one here.
Anyway, I added Darconis-Necrom, Riverbridge and Kragenmoor to the starting locations possibilities. As usual, it's up on my web page, or you can download it [url=http://webpages.charter.net/Spreemans/alternate_beginning_040131.zip]here.[/url]

look doesn't it kill a story for morrowind, that you start NOT on the boat...plus i kinda like the starting location, eazy couple of quests, and bunch of eazy loot-> you can get a hold of 1000 gp EAZY, other locations are gonna have trouble....
maybe when we actualy get to Cradyl (Imperial province)we can have Nevar starting in jail or some other location Just before he/she gets thrown in jail,
or some kind of prequest ->were you start in some vilage and you do quests, till you get into serious trouble with authorities.....

It's easy to make a new start location, you don't
need a script.
you just delete the "imperial prison ship" cell
and make one new in the same name.
in the new cell you should build your "structure"
to start around the coordinates in the .ini file
and then you will start there. (or you can just
remove the interior of the ship and build a house
and make the door teleport you to another place
or still, start in a ship and let the trap door
to lead you to some place else - but remember!
you will need the full chargen! if not like in the
normal start with several NPCs, with one NPC
with quickCharGen script.
